These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through jurisic-racing.com (the “Website”). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS
We sell motorsport merchandise, apparel and related products.
Some products are held in stock and shipped directly by us. Other products may be produced and/or fulfilled by third-party fulfilment providers, including Printful.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour, appearance, positioning of printed elements or other characteristics may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes or production batches.
Product availability is subject to stock and production availability.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in euros (€).
The applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. ORDERS
To place an order, you must provide the information requested during checkout and select an available payment and delivery method.
Before completing your purchase, you will have an opportunity to review your order and correct any errors.
After an order is placed, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, payment cannot be processed, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Card and other supported electronic payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policy.
We do not receive or store complete payment-card details.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products may be shipped directly by AUTOMARTINI d.o.o. or fulfilled and shipped by a third-party fulfilment provider such as Printful, depending on the product ordered.
Stock products are generally dispatched from Croatia.
Shipping options, destinations and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Any delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will process and deliver orders without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Under EU distance-selling rules, unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. European Union

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing an equivalent statutory right, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

8. RETURNING GOODS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Eur-Lex

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for adequately packaging the returned goods.
For products fulfilled by Printful or another fulfilment partner, please contact us at support@jurisic-racing.com before sending the return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
9. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same general manner as you would be able to inspect it in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Eur-Lex
For apparel, we therefore recommend trying products on carefully and keeping them clean and in their original condition until you decide whether to keep them.
This does not affect your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
10. REFUNDS FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you for the relevant purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for that order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to reimburse the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Eur-Lex
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
For sales of goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Eur-Lex

11. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances provided by applicable law.
This includes, where applicable, goods made specifically according to the customer's individual specifications or goods that are clearly personalised.
A product is not treated as personalised merely because it is produced or printed after an order is placed if the customer is simply selecting a standard product offered by us.
Other statutory exceptions may apply where relevant.
12. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
The right of withdrawal described above is separate from your legal rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant order and understand the complaint.
We will handle and respond to consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Croatian consumer-protection law.
14. PRINTFUL AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILMENT
Certain products may be produced, packaged or shipped by Printful or another third-party fulfilment provider on our behalf.
The involvement of a fulfilment provider does not change the identity of the seller where AUTOMARTINI d.o.o. is identified as the seller during the transaction, nor does it remove statutory consumer rights against us.
Products fulfilled by third parties may be dispatched from different locations and may have different production and delivery times.
If an order contains both stock products and third-party-fulfilled products, the order may arrive in multiple shipments.
15. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products and sizes are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this Website, including photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text and other materials, is owned by or used with permission by AUTOMARTINI d.o.o. and/or the relevant rights holders.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
17. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Croatian or European Union law.
18. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we process it, which service providers may receive it and the rights available to individuals under applicable data-protection law.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, including to reflect changes to our Website, products, fulfilment arrangements or applicable law.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when that order is placed, unless a change is required by applicable law.
The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights concerning access to courts or applicable consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms.
